would my forum get banned?

i just received a private message from a user saying negative things about forumotion and complaining that his forum got banned. When i clicked on his forum, it has already been flagged down. one of the reasons i saw was - "Sexual and/or pornographic content"

i just would like to clarify what does "SEXUAL" mean? because there may be forumotion fora that discuss sex but in an objective manner.

or since we have different customs worldwide, what may be pornographic for one country, may be acceptable for other countries. (you get the thought?)


but one thing's for sure though, forumotion is ok for me! in fact, we're consolidating our efforts to buy more credits as our forum community plans to stay here

Why would it get banned for the word "sexual"? Its the content and the degree that would get your forum banned. So you should be fine.
