How do you get to manage the page footer?

I see on a few sites that they can manage it themselves..

You cannot manage the footer on forumotion. Sorry.

Really? Then how do they do it.. And they have forumotion.

They have edited the footer, but keep the original links there. You will need phpbb2 or punbb to edit the footer. However, I suggest you don't as if you do something wrong and just one link isn't there, or isn't working, your forum will be closed, due to a breach of the ToS.
