Mod and Admin names not showing in certain areas, PLEASE HELP!!

Ok I have my mod and admin colors set to orange and yellow, but they are not showing up under the avatars in the forum, or on the recent topics module. Do I need to go somewhere is CSS to fix this? Please any help or a point in the right direction will be greatly appreciated. Here are pics of what I am talking about.

They show up orange and yellow here...


but not in these areas...

The group needs to be closed in order for the colors to show up... Do you have it set to closed?
