I want your expert opinion on this www.free-cure.com "Blackhat SEO 2009", it says will put your site on page 1 but have the possibility to be banned from google in more than a year, Im wondering if any of you guys have used it.
Pls share your thoughts.

Don't use such SEO methods. Google will significantly decrease your page ranking and search results leading to your site might not being listed, in other words it will black list your site.

Good SEO techniques come the hard and long way if you really want to earn your way up the Google index and page ranking.

That website by the way is a scam, I've seen many websites like that before.
