why can't this forum be unlocked?

well,the "gallery"forum would be far better if it was unlocked because we'll also be able to comment on the images,can tell what is missed out and also give suggestions.it'd be the BEST if it was unlocked...so,what do you think?

There's the Proposals for stuff to go in the Gallery. The proposals is there for a reason; to act as filter to ensure that what can be found in the gallery will be of a certain decency and graphic quality. It has been seen that some members believe publishing ranks made on Paint, 2 colors and unreadable fonts were worthy...

Heck, I did some brilliant stuff with MS Paint... well, at least half of it was decent. It seems I did better with Paint then gimp.

Anyway, Caihlem's right. I don't think the Gallery should be open to posts, but I DO think that the graphics designers should roam around that section in search for any messed-up proposals.
