Solved audio on forum

jsut wondering if anybody has code to put on audio file on the forum

thanks, in realised i could do it my way as i wanted to do it for a radio

i found the link to the audio as i uploaded it and added a hyperlink to it with an icon underneath using one of the image codes posted in a thread below but thanks for the idea
