Post seperators

Can anyone tell me how I can change the line colors that separate posts as shown below, as they are not too clear on the forum I am using PHPBB or is there away to change only the background colour of the topics

Go to your Admin CP > Display > Colors > CSS
Add this code there and submit.

You cann add it anywhere.
Is better to add at the bottom of the whole CSS.
