Adding ranks?

How do i add ranks, like when they reach a certain post, their rank chances for EX

EX:

Lasts3cond
Noobie
Posts: 5



Lasts3cond
Elite
Posts: 50


something like this.But for mods, their ranks never change, they stay as Moderater.

As for the mod's, as they have special ranks they won't auto change, you would have to make a duel rank for them. That is also explained in the tutorial.
