How do I get more users Quickly?

Hi,
I started a Forum 3 months ago. I have 50 posts and 9 users. The problem is all the users are just kids from school. I Submitted my site to Google and it hasn't appeared yet. I tried using Google webmaster tools ,but I can't find where to put the Meta Tag. The thing is I'm a 13 year old student, I just want to do this as a hobby and make no money or lose any money in the process. I have Spent a long long time fixing up things and making things such as the header ,but I don't have many users. I know that once I have quite a few users the site will flood with threads and I will have my own community. I just need a way to Spread the word If you know what I mean.

All in all, you need to be patient. Also, you need to make a name in the world. Post more in forums. Place your link in your forumotion profile. Submit your site to Facebook, twitter, myspace and many others. Get a blog going. Just tell your friends. Set up competitions in your forum. Make more posts in your forum, so it will look attractive, and active. These small things make your forum larger and larger. Anyway, you are just like many people. Luckily for me, I knew this stuff before you. Now my forum after a month and a bit has a fair amount of members and posts.

go to the spore main forums
post a thread about your forum
post a thread aobut your forum on any other forum you visit.

most people just stick to the main spore support forums anywho

It comes up with create meta type. And content/attribute. How do I do that?

And can I ask what did you do exactly? I'm sure there are many that want to know your methods, after asking us a question.

I went in to the meta tags thing and copied the word that came after name and copied into the first box and for the second one I copied all the words after the content tag and pasted that in the box. Then i click ok and verify and it worked

But did you get more users?
