Downloading/Uploading files?

Hey all,
I was just wondering, is it possible to be able to upload and download files (other than pictures) on my forum?
I would like to be able to upload files for other people to download, and the same for members of the forum.
Thoughts appreciated.

No, you have to use an external host for this.

But sorry, I'm not the best placed for proposing file hosts in English.
