How to I add a Warning Button?

How do I add a Warning Level? And make it only Admin can change there level and everyone can view their level though? I tried going to Panel>Users & Groups>Porfiles.. but didn't really find out so any help would be appreciated

You did what you were supposed to do...
once you go to profiles, create a new on by clicking on the +
Then choose list of images and add the images you want to be used. Don't select moderators or members to be able to edit it
