Adding sub forums to one forum

How can i add subforums into one forums..I really need to know so can someone give me the tutorial for that..I see that on this forum (The Serbian langauge) http://unt-masters.darkbb.com/ in Download Centar (you'll find it!)

your title being non explicit and therefore not facilitating research via the search option, I'm not answering (nor is any other member ) until you change your title for an explicit one, related to your problem

That is my problem...I can't find the answer to my problem in via search on Support Forum..So i created a new topic..Please if you have answer to my problem or question..Then say the answer.. Thanks!!

I am asking you to change the title of this topic so that it can support our search feature. Untill you change the title, no one is going to answer this topic.
