All you got to do is copy the code and add your own words in front, behind.

Example of what I did.

Hello, {USERLINK} your registered date was {USERREGDATE}, last visit was {USERLASTVISIT} and you have {USERCOUNTPOST} post.  If you have any questions please contact MrMario.
