Smilie Problems Empty Smilie Problems

My forum is experiencing problems displaying smilies today (Tues, September 8th).

Admins can post smilies, but member's can't. When members post smilies, just the code appears.

I have checked the ACP and smilies are enabled for the forum.

Anyone else having this problem?
