Hey!

I need help on have to make a rank scroll.
I can make on like The Linky.
Can you help me Using php in posts is called being a smart ass... Stop it?

Hello,

To make a rank scroll put the rank title between marquee tags like this..

<marquee>Moderator</marquee>

To apply color use this code...
