Domain Booking Help

When I go to book my domain, after I select the domain name in the admin panel, what is meant by the terms in the form, such as 'corporate business'? And for 'Name', would that be the name of the new domain name?

Name is your name. There is a field for preferred domain name, so that would be logical. As for I, I placed the sites name in the business name section.
