html table problem..

hello all..
Im trying to create a new forum.. there i want to make a new topic with a table in it..i used dreamweaver to make this table with html code.My problems are..

with IE 8

i tried to set it to center but nothing happened..

with Mozilla firefox 3.52

html code and bbcode are enabled..
anyone knows why this is happening?

are the codes same ? or you have used different codes ?

have you enabled HTML in administrator panel and in your profile ?

it works fine for me .

yes i have it enabled...in firefox when i edit the code and try to preview its ok...but when i send it, i see the code only...
