Backup not working! Empty Backup not working!

someone hacked a admin on my forums and deleted tons of posts and sections and changed the forums theme i used the backup restore for the theme but it will not work for the posts??? can someone please help i lost about 70000 posts

The backup is not working like that, at least not in my case :/
