background colour of posts css

hi can you please tell me which colour i need to change in the css to change the background colour of the part where people message are shown in there posts, in other words this bit im writing in please

To change the background of the post

1. navigate to:

Admin Panel\Display\Colors\CSS Stylesheet

2. In the big box add the following code, changing where relevant

3. Press 'Save' to submit
