Background Problem Empty Background Problem

I have forum and I have problem with background picture.
I put my backgruond picture and I cant see it from color of the body line background color.
I only see edges of picture.
So if some1 can help me and tell me how to make Body line bckground color transparent please let me now how.

Also i need to explain me how to delete wigdets form my forum added by bots (google) please explain me how?
