Can someone tell me how to set default avatar for users who don't have they own avatars..???

Admin Panel>>Display Tab>>Personal avatars>>Click on Avatar Management>>Add the url of the image in Default avatar. Copy and paste the address of the image in this field. If you don't want this option, leave this field blank.>>Save
