Gallery problem

I have just paid for more downloads on to my forum gallery but the message my members are showing when trying to download photo's is

"The size of all the pictures is higher than the allowed limit. You cannot send more."

Is there a limit of the amount I can have on the forum gallery even after paying for more !!!!

I brought credits about a month ago and put on a couple 100 on teh gallery...

I was told yesterday so tried myself and that is the message I am gettingup everytime I try to download myself...

While adding extra storage, you will have a one-month validity. You can add extra time after.

So that would mean, your validity has run out, meaning you will need to update it via the admin panel.

So I take it from that David I will either have to add more credits or can I just undate the ones I have through the admin panel !!!!

If so can you please give me a step by step how to do it plaese...
