Members-Password reset

I have heard this from at least three of my members.. They couldnt login (user at fault) and they went to reset there password. It took them though the steps up to sending them the email with the new code... They accepted the new code and it didnt work when they tried to login... I have been changing there password though admin panel... Anyone have any ideas why it isnt working on its own...

You can not reset passwords on forumotion.com, but you can receive email

you can reset passwords if you click the "I forgot my password" link on the login page but something is happening when it gives you the new password and login....

Or if you are an administrator on the forum you could ask you a password (eg 123456) and after her and change their passwords

Im already changing them myself, but thats not the point.. I want to know why it isnt working... I just tried it myself with an account I setup and it never even sent me the email (Its been 15min since I done it)..
