Solved Multi Forums in One Problem....

Hello,
I follow this tutorial to do a Multi forum in one.But I can't go 3rd step beyond.Because in here say Click HTML button in Description box.But in my discription box there are no HTML button... How to solve this issue?

I use Google Chrome... but i have a Firefox & IE 8 also.is that browser problem?
