Odd background picture problem

Hi guys,

I have this problem I encountered today coming out of nowhere, it seems to be some kind of corrupted image background which only occurs under the "class section" categories as I have named these on my forum which you can see on the picture.
It seems to say something like : account inactive for 90 days, but cant read it completely.
I have used no special background pictures, just the standard white like all others and it has worked proper before with no issues at all.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what this might be and possibly how to fix it ?

I have fixed the problem, it was a wrong link of the folder icon I had used of which the account apparently had gone inactive.
