Adding a Javascript to my forum

Hi,

My forum is: http://deadsox.forumotion.net

I'm trying to add this code:

so that it'll allow a pop up block to appear when I mouse over certain links.

An example and instructions on how to do it were posted here: http://www.aionarmory.com/syndication.aspx#tooltips
but I can't seem to be able to implement it.

Can anyone help me?

Go to: Admin Panel > General > Configuration
Add the code to "Site description" (save)
