Chatbox/Private Chat

Hello I recently made my first forumotion board and I love it!! a couple of questions...

Is there a way to private chat in the chatbox? (not PM) IF not, then is there a "board wrapper" area where I can add a XAT box? Private Chat is a necessity.

you could make a chat in the HTML code after www.xat.com

How do i do that?

be put into a widget that code or put it in a theme and the theme block.


to put the code in the widget go to administration panel => modules => portal managment => action => structure => create a widget => Widget name : Name widget here => Use a table type : YES => Widget title : Title widget here => Widget source * : Here html of chat => Save

to put the cod in the forum go to administration panel => general => categories and forums => => Forum name : Name of the forum => Description : Here put the html code => save

is it possible to make a redirect forum?

You can create an html page with chat

Go to administration panel => modules => HTML => Html pages managment => Create new HTML page => Title: Chat => Do you wish to use your forum page header and page footer ?: NO => Use this page as homepage ? : NO => Html source * : Here copy/paste a html code => Submit

Ok I created the code, now how do i make it a redirect forum? (ps sorry for all the questions)

so that other members of the Forum to see your chat go to administration panel => display => homepage => generalities => homepage message => Message content : Enter to chat => Save

to see the html page you created go to administration panel => modules => html => html pages managment

forget your chat will show that the after page below
