Posting Objects

Hi There

First off, i'd just like to say thanks for the excellent free forum. I've set up my basic template and everything seems to be working fine.

My question is about a playlist i have created at grooveshark.com. I would like to post this in a thread (it's contained in a player) and although i can preview the widget just fine, when i send the post all you can read is the script below.

Any help would be appreciated.

you have to enable the forums html

Admin panel>general>messages and emails>configuration.

scroll down to (always allow html ) and hit save.
No go to your forums home page and click on (profile) then (profile preferences) scroll down and select always allow html in there too and hit save. now your html is enabled for the forums and you can use embed cods.

yup, that did the trick - i'd missed the profile change part.

do you know if i can configure the forum to automatically set up members to allow html or do they have to do that themselves ?

they have to set in in there profile preferences. or they will have the option to do it in when they post. the option will be right under the subject box
