yes you can do this ..

Administration Panel >> Display >> IN "Pictures and Colors" >> Pics management >> Advanced Mode


ENter Your URL IN :-

Background picture (page) :

---

Click on SAVE ..

I made a menu named "HOME" and after that I return to my forum and click the "HOME"

you have to put the link to your blog in there.

Admin panel>display>headers and navigation.

scroll down to the one you created.
You did say you created that one right.

so ok just go to actions and place the URL link to your blog and hit save
