Hey m unable to login into backup area

hey everyone, i want wo access to my backup area but its sayin that login and password are incorrect, hw do i change them?
What do i have to put in login, my forum address is www.hackerzlounge.forumsc.ne

You can login in with your forum address, and the original password, on forum creation.

the address will be this- www.hackerzlounge.forumsc.net ?
or hackerzlounge.forumsc.net
or hackerzlounge itself?

It asks for the username with which you created the forum & the password & not the address.

Not helping.. my username in forum is =|Lakshay|= and when i put it, it says password and Login are incorrect

You use your email address to log in there
