Wha the !? Forum Legend help

Well, i've been doing Forumotions for months and i've never had this problem before
http://visualscape.forumotion.net/forum.htm Scroll down to Legends, it only shows administrator and moderators?

Yes, i've made custom groups like Owners etc and it was working perfectly, but now it got fucked? :S

Users& groups>Group administration
Modify the groups & see if they are hidden, you need to make them closed.

they are closed. And it only shows Administrators and Moderators. And Theres no group called moderators =/
