hello, i have a heroes forum, and i want to add a picture as a background but i want the table to be transparent so i can still see it

i want it to look something around the lines of : http://www.got-heroes.com/

and this is mine: http://chataboutheroes.forumotion.com/forum.htm

AAHH i cant, im on my crappy computer, and it dont have prnt screen... but it should work though...
