Based on your previous creations, this is admirable achievement...Perhaps they are little too big and i personally wouldn't make gloss that strong... But other than that, hey, you did a good job.

Good
* Bevel Style
* Simple Text

Improvements

* Make the text and the background smaller
* Change the gradient colour to something more interesting not the black and white. ( Green or blue? )
* Change the red text to another better colour. If you change the color of the whole thing you can use another colour text.

Conclusions

You're Improving on each thing i see, keep up the good work. I like the overall image but change the seize and the gradient on it.

No dont use two colours that look the same like green or blue try teal or pink or pink and white experiment to make it all more interesting.

nice but the color is very simple.

I'd say make it smaller. That is because if you line them up, they exceed 1300 px ( only 10 images) and so it would mean you have to fill up 2 lines of buttons.

They're nice, but they're too big, and maybe they have a little too much gloss.
