Nav bar to flash

I am after changing my navigational bar and replacing the images with flash images. I have tried doing it this way but it hasnt worked what am I doing wrong

I have all the flash images on my local pc

Well, create the flash file with everything you need,
Upload it to a web host (fileden.com for example) and you will receive it's direct link, URL.

I have done what is in that link sujested but I only get a white box appear. I have gone to the site that is hosting my image and I can see it there.

At the end of the instructions it say erase all from site description I do that then the white box at the top disappears.

Where am i going wrong
I have now put that link back into the description so you can see the white box.
Please can someone help

About the tutorial, I will look at it to see if corrections are needed.

EDIT : About the "erase all", it means that if you had text before you put the code, you erase only this text
