Cannot login to forum backup

I am not going to post many details for security reasons.

My forum url is http://joesamaclan.go-board.net

I cannot login to the forum backup, it keeps telling me the username password is erroneous. I have tried both the url and registration email as the login and both the original admin password and the current admin password and neither work.

I don't want to do either right now, but I want to be able to login. I cannot even access the forum utilities.

do you mean the admin panel or the admin tools for restore andbackup?!

if you are facing a problem because of the password or something kindly PM me with the forum address and the email address that you used in creating the forum and a new password will be sent to you as soon as possible

I still have not gotten a new password/login. Before I could have sworn geox was a mod because I private messaged him my creation email address. Is he not a mod/tech? If he has my email address he can get the password on my forum reset. Is there a security problem here.

bump. Still need some help. I also I am really worried about this^^^^

GeoX is not mod anymore.

Actually, only Caihlem, The Godfather (only available on weekdays) and I can send a new password since our tool is still only in French.

So, send me the creation email address and the board address by PM.
