Maximum messages in Inbox - PM

How to restore items that I received long ago? Are they moved somewhere or deleted?
I have maximum (50) messages in the Inbox.
Please help.

To be honest, no one knows the limit of messages in the inbox. Since, even if it shows 100% full, we still receive messages.

If you have received them & not deleted them, then they must be there.
If you deleted them, they are gone.

I guarantee you, it is way over 1000, im currently sitting at 1270PM's in my Inbox

see i continue to get messages after the box is full. but i cant open the new messages unless i deleted some and make space for them after it reaches a 100. this is how it always was on the paid phpbb boards and am pretty sure thats how it works here

But as far as the other how many..oh lord please don't get Darren started on this again... hehehe
