Choice of skins

Hello all, nice to see you again

I was once on another forum hosted by a different free forum site (wasn't as good as this which is why I am here )

Anyway, on that site the members had the option of choosing from a selection of skins which the administrator listed so each could have one that they liked best. they just went into their profile and selected the one they wanted. Is that option available here? I can't find anything in my admin panel but then I don't understand everything in there.

My reason for asking is because when there was the problem with the Photobucket all over Jalokim's skins I used a different skin. Now the problem is resolved I have gone back to the original but my membership is divided. some like the original, some prefer the temporary and one member likes the one we had way back in the beginning.

It can be done via template editing it seems. However, no one is aware of how to do it.
