My Navigation Bar Is Messed Up! Empty My Navigation Bar Is Messed Up!

Ok My Potal,Index FAQ,and Search links a gone from my navigation bar. I check the admin panel and they where all there and uploaded but there not showing up on my forum!Can someone help me?
