I want to Change e-mail and Original Login Details

I wiuld like to know how to Change my Profile info:

E-mail address.
and any personal details I find necessary, How Please,?

Admin Panel>>User & Groups Tab>>Search User>>Click your username>>Go and find password and email>>Change>>Save

This will be your new login and also it will not change it in the Founder Utilities. But log into the Founder Utilities and change email and password.
