header text on homepage

hi ..

i've made a new forum as i was concerned about not being the founder of the other one. in that old forum i have somehow removed the text 'forumotion.com' from the homepage header .. and i recall it was easy to remove ..
but in new forum i cant find out how to do it..!!??

ie the header reads

Foumotion .com
my site name
and discription here.


how do i remove the forumotion.com text..?!

well then can it be made smaller..? and how was it that i removed it from last forum which was only a few days ago.. before you added servers..!?
how does one pay to remove it and what other options is there for paying anything?
