Picture Problem Empty Picture Problem

One of my members cant post pictures on the forum, he has been able to in the past but not now, when you click the "host an image" button this comes up

"Cannot obtain db informations 2"

I have tried it under my username as the admin it works fine and no one else has had any problems, anyone have any idea whats going on with his?

servimg has no help support that I can find, does no one here have any idea, or can no one here help, I asking nicely please help me with this issue Shit Shit
