how can i change pitcure from my homepage

hey, i have been here and looking after a guide how to change pitcure.

go to admin panel
styles admin
logos and pictures
at the top you have the forum logo, take out the link to the present one and add the link to the one you created.
You have to host the image on a site like servimg, imageshack, or photobucket.
