Dear users,

We are sorry for the slowdowns you have been encountering for the past days.
Hopefully, the fix will be made tomorrow.

During this routine maintenance, is the switch being replaced by the IBM technician's which will help counter the balance load between switching servers, that you spoke of in the previous maintenance thread?

This is the final switch maintenance, so hopefully after their replacement, we'll have the fully functional infrastructure we paid for.

The final maintenance I was mentioning above is the Thursday one, so 20 to 60 minutes.

Thanks, Typlo for letting us know about this.

I know you're working to provide us with a better service but I wish, though, that you ALWAYS alert us beforehand about these maintenances, even when you are not expecting glitches or server problems. My forum has been having problems since last Firday and only today I got an announcement about all this in my Admin Panel.

I'm sure all of the admins and members of forums hosted by Forumotion will highly appreciate this.

I'm glad I checked the GMT + 1 time zone. That made my time 9 am EST. A great time as most of my members will be in school or at work. Cool

Nope 2:00 PM , (GMT +1) is now UK time once the clocks change again it will change to GMT (I think)

Well i have it set to (GMT +1) in my profile and the time is correct for the UK where i live So. ....

For the USA forums. The USA down times for us will be:

9 AM EST
8 AM Central
7 AM mountain
6 AM PST

It could just be a normal server error, though. Also, I have daylight savings going, so that would make it an hour different than many countries.

I am in the UK and judged it by the time of your post on this forum against actual UK time which is currently GMT +1 to get the three hours.

I just lost this forum & my own a few mins ago & I thought it had started an hour early but they have come back on. Laughing
