Length of Title

This should be a simple answer but I can't figure it out. How do I allow post titles to be less than 10 characters?

ACP=>General Tab=>Messages and Emails=>Configuration=>Topics=>Topics title length=>Minimum value=>Change number ( 10 or lower ) =>Save

Go to your "Administration Panel". Now, go the "General". Do you see the "Messages and Emails" category? Go to "Configuration" there. Scroll down to the bottom. Where is says "Topics Title Length: Minimum value: 10 Maximum value:255". Modify the 10 value for any value you desire. It is set to default on 10.
