How to ignore pms on this forum

I want to ignore some pms like the one GeoX sended me, he wasnt moderator in those times, and i dont know if it's now
thank you very much...i just wanted him to tell me exactly ...about the explicit thing...look..he is stiill new...only 1% of new members do read the rules before they post....so our board name is "NICE BOARD"....not rude board...and that thing about the explicit topics i know that it's important...but actually it's handled here without any care about the members..we are the customer support...so i tell them the answers, and as they are new i tell them to change the title..in the next time if they didn't change it..so i won't answer..but not from the first time..bigger your head..bye (it's up to you if you wont reply)

First: He isnt even mod, why he is messaging that type of pms
Second: I wasnt even being rude, how old is he? Please search and topic and see...
