by photoshop!
if u want help post the image u want and tell me what size u want it n i'll do it for u!!

hmm ok well:
1- open the image with photoshop
2- from the bar above choose image
3- there's image size click on it
4- a window with measures will appear, type in ur width and height!!

thats it!!

right click on this image :

banner problem Logo


then go to properties then see the size and follow this step posted by eciug


1- open the image with photoshop
2- from the bar above choose image
3- there's image size click on it
4- a window with measures will appear, type in ur width and height!! add the size which is shown in the image

i would use FastStone Image Viewer. it's free and dose more then resizing.
you can download the software free on cnet here.

i use this for many things it's a good program to have.
or you can just photoshop it like said above.. also you can re-size with photobucket too.

dunno i never lose nothing when using faststone.
i guess it depends on what the original image is and what size you are changing it too.. i use microsoft digital image starter too alot to adjust the clarity. before or after resizing too.

but the majority of the time i do not have to. it depends on the image.
