Solved Not letting new users join

Hey forumotioners! I have a problem with my newly-made website. I can't get any new members. Everytime somebody tries to join my website it says "Administrators have forbidden any new members". Can anybody help me? I've tried everything to fix it but I just can't. It just won't let me fix that problem and I don't really want to create a new forum because I won't have the same domain that I have now. Can somebody PLEASE HELP ME?
