[REQ] Navbar buttons Empty [REQ] Navbar buttons

Can someone make me "unique" navbars?
Color Black & Green & White.

Text=White
Buttonbackground=Black

and when mouse is over that button it´s has glowing green light under button and sametime text glows with green too.

And shape would be rounded or box style.

Big thanks already.
