Problem with hosting an image

A jr admin from my forum is having a problem hosting the image he gets this image:

Can you please go to:
Admin panel >> Misc ( Tab ) >> Image Hosting >> Check to make sure you are loged in there, if you are logged in we will have to investigate.
If not logged in, you are required to log in
=> Forgot ur password? go to https://servimg.com and click on the "forgot password" button

when he wants to log in he gets my details like email and stuff....

If you log in from your administration panel (steps above) he wont need to get your password and such.
