Make my forum to a WAP (Mobile View)

I can browse my forum using my phone.... it has good quality on desktop view which has a zoom capable..

My question is::: what will I do to add a WAP version of my site? or mobile version to my site??

What will I do to ADD a Menu bar (WAP version) to the navigation bar????

How will i do that??

because when im using the opera mini to browse my forum on my phone with the wap settings of my opera mini.. the QUICK reply box is NOt shown....

and i need to click the + sign first before quick reply will appear...

HELP PLEASE...

Forumotion really isn't a mobile friendly and there isn't anything that you could add to Forumotion to do that.

weird... my site works fine with my phone (iPhone)
I think it depends on the mobile u'r using to open the site...
Quick reply and all that shows... but it's incredibly slow xD (that's a normal thing)

I used opera mini...4.2...

And yes there is a mobile setting for opera mini...

But,, what I want is to have my own site be in a wap version directly on the menu bar.. for my members could choose...
